The Gonzalez Protocol® is designed to establish the conditions for health that will allow the body to heal and Gonzalez Certified Doctors now offer Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez's nutritional enzyme therapy.
The Gonzalez Protocol® isn't right for everyone. This program is quite demanding and requires a personal commitment to changing one's lifestyle as well as one's diet. Before any appointments are scheduled, you should know what will be required of you and whether this treatment can possibly benefit you. After successfully completing the application process, you will be given access to our Directory of Doctors where you can select a doctor.
Prospective patients should follow these three steps:
DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH: Personally review the information on our website about The Gonzalez Protocol so you know the different aspects of the protocol. Start here to read this information and then read our detailed research, diet and supplement information. For cancer patients: read this article by Dr. Gonzalez where he offers his advice to cancer patients who are considering their treatment path options and then read this article before you proceed with the application. We also strongly advise you to make an appointment with an oncologist and review your options for treatment. Patients who are currently receiving chemotherapy and/or radiation are advised not to do this protocol at this time and will not be accepted. For legal and ethical reasons, we cannot take the responsibility of advising any patient about whether or not to receive chemotherapy or radiation. Patients need to make their own decisions based on the merits of those therapies. Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez found that patients who combine more than one approach do not get the full benefit of any of the programs.

Prospective patients will be asked to submit the details of their health situation and medical records to the Gonzalez Guidance Group for their official Application. APPLICATION REVIEW: Your Application will be acknowledged within 2 business days. You will be invited to meeting where you can ask questions and be provided with additional instructions. NOTE: The Gonzalez Guidance Group is a patient application processing service provided exclusively to Gonzalez Certified Doctors. Decisions about whether prospective patients are accepted into a doctor’s private practice is the doctor's decision. Gonzalez Guidance Group: please allow us 2 business days to review your initial letter and submitted files and arrange for an interview.
Directory of Doctors: if we think you can benefit from this protocol, you will be given access to the Directory of Doctors for 5 days - giving you time to select a doctor to contact. Review the written website instructions that we provide you. Once you decide which doctor you want to contact, click the blue words "Click to Contact Dr..."
Doctor Application Review: please allow 2 business days for the doctor you have selected to receive your application from us and review your file. The doctor's administrative staff will then contact you. Please do not contact our doctors directly until after you have been accepted by the doctor into their practice.

COSTS: please read before applying. Being on The Gonzalez Protocol® requires more than medical appointment fees as a patient must also purchase large quantities of supplements, fresh organic food and detoxify their home. The supplements cost per month varies by patient and will be approximately $1,200 per month for a cancer patient and much less for patients with other types of illnesses. Doctor's fees for the initial evaluation and first 6 months range from $8,000 to $12,000 and vary depending on the clinic and individual patient's situation. Doctor fees decrease significantly after the 1st year; however, patients will need to budget for their ongoing monthly food and supplement expenses.
